Mini sessions are subject to the following privacy statement. By booking an appointment you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions and privacy statement.
By booking an appointment you give permission to Grace Jones Photography to collate and collect various information about you in accordance with the Privacy Act 1993. This information includes:
personal information through your voluntary use of the booking form and the purchase process (such as your first and last names, phone, email and your child(ren)’s name’s and ages);
personal information, provided to Grace Jones Photography by you through any other method (including without limitation correspondence and discussions);
aggregated data, which tracks traffic to this website; and cookies, which are pieces of information transferred to your computer hard drive for record keeping (such as your preferences on our booking form).
Security
Grace Jones Photography is committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
Use of your information
You expressly acknowledge that by completing the booking form, your details that Grace Jones Photography collects, can be provided to third parties. Grace Jones Photography agreed to not sell or rent your personal information to other third parties.
Grace Jones Photography will use information we collect from you for the primary purpose for which it is collected in relation to mini sessions and for such other secondary purposes that are related to the primary purpose of collection (such as marketing, special offers and notifications). Grace Jones Photography may send out promotional material to you promoting new or amended opportunities where we think that may be relevant to you. It is our policy to immediately remove any person from any mailing list upon the person’s request.
Credit Card /payment details
Payment for the mini sessions is done via Stripe, which may ask you to provide further information (including credit or debit card details). This information is retained by Stripe and will not be passed on to Grace Jones Photography. We advise you to read the Privacy Policy on the Stripe site for further information on what information will be required and the way Stripe will use it.
Access and removal of Information
You have the right to seek access to the personal information held about you and to advise Grace Jones Photography of any inaccuracy. There are some exceptions to this right set out in the Privacy Act. If you make an access request, Grace Jones Photography will ask you to verify your identity and specify what information you require. We may charge a fee to cover the costs of meeting your request.
